Storage & Prepping
Once an order has been placed, it will be forwarded to our warehouse to prepare for transportation. In the warehouse we store various goods such as clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and etc. Because of the large quantity of stored goods, pulling particular items for multiple orders placed and preparing them for transportation, the order requires a certain amount of preparation time.
Transportation & Delivery
When your goods are ready to be sent, we will use trucks to deliver them to courier companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Ocean shipping), and we will choose the most suitable transportation method for you. All orders should arrive within 7-10 business days from the day the tracking order is received, via email, to the address provided when the order was placed.
